Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer different shipping options to suit your needs. Please note that all shipping rates listed below are estimates. The final and accurate shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you make your payment:
Standard Shipping (Orders $80.00 and up): FREE (Delivery in 7–12 business days)
Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00–$79.99):$8.00 USD (Delivery in 7–12 business days)
Express Shipping (All Orders):$15.00 USD (Delivery in 3–5 business days)
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@editpicks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EDIT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages
EDIT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
